Return and refund policy – Lumior

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Lumior. If not, you can easily return your order. Read below to find out how.

1. Cooling-off period / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for returns

A return shipment will be accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is still sealed for hygienic reasons (the right of return does not apply to opened care products).
  • You contact us within 14 days of receipt via the contact form or by email.

3. Costs of return

  • The costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.
  • We recommend that you send returns using a traceable shipping method. Loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

4. Refund

Once we have received and checked the return shipment:

  • The full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • The shipping costs of the original order will only be refunded if all products are returned in full.

5. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged.
  • The packaging is no longer intact or the seal has been broken.
  • The product is personalized or custom-made (if applicable).

6. Return procedure

  1. Contact us via the contact form at www.lumiorbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the product carefully and send it to the address provided.
  4. After receipt and inspection, you will receive a confirmation and the refund will be made within 14 days.
