We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible. The images shown are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the final product.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made via iDEAL, credit card, and other payment methods as stated on our website.
- An order will only be processed after payment has been received.
5. Delivery
- We ship internationally.
- Delivery times vary per country. Estimated delivery times are stated at checkout.
- Any import duties or additional taxes outside the EU are at the expense of the customer.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
- Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
- After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Lumior is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect use of the products. Always consult the product instructions and ingredients before use.
