Shipping Policy – Lumior


At Lumior, we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping procedures.

1. Shipping locations


We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries where legal or logistical restrictions apply. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we ship to your location.

2. Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery times (indicative)

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Other European countries: 3–7 business days
  • International (outside Europe): 7–14 business days


Please note: delivery times are indicative and may vary due to delays in delivery services or customs clearance.

4. Shipping costs


Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on:

  • Destination of the order
  • Weight of the products
  • Any promotions (such as free shipping)

5. Free shipping


We offer free shipping on orders above a certain order amount. The current threshold for free shipping is stated on our website and at checkout.

6. Track & trace


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and (if available) a track & trace code so you can track your shipment.

7. Customs and import duties


For international shipments outside the EU, additional costs such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order not received

9. Incorrect address or failed delivery


Always check your delivery address carefully. Lumior is not responsible for delayed or missed deliveries due to incorrectly entered address details. In case of return due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged.
